Contest to Help Nonprofits Spread Messages, Win Reward

3banana, provider of mobile information capture solutions, recently launched "Share to Win," a contest that gives nonprofits a way to reach out to supporters and share their missions for a chance to win one of five prizes totaling $10,000 in donations.
Any 501(c)3 health-, environment- or education-focused nonprofit organization can enter the contest by following these three steps:
The five nonprofit causes that collect the most comments on their notes from unique users through Sept. 27 at midnight will win one of these prizes: $5,000 for the grand prize, $2,000 for the runner up and three honorable mentions of $1,000 each. The honorable mentions will include one cause from each category: health, education and environment.

- Create a free Notebook on 3banana.
- Compose a 3banana Note that answers the question: “Why should people pay attention to our cause?” Include the Cause’s legal name and Web site. Your 3banana Note will be assigned a unique private Web address.
- Share your 3banana Note on Twitter with the hashtag #sharetowin and then share your cause’s note on Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, etc.
