Its interesting that you wonder whether or not we're putting the right people, with a focus on their age, out on the street. I have been in Face to Face Fundraising for 2 years and the reason why more mature people don't last, is they can take the rejection or the demand of standing on concrete all day. Just because your young has nothing to do with the age of the potential donor you may get involved. A friendly, positive and informed individual is appealing to people no matter what their age.
