CLOSING KEYNOTE: Benchmarking Success for Nonprofits

First off, Kristin is a great sport. She was part of our free-for-all closing session last year and she still agreed to not only be part of it this year — but to moderate it. Go, Kristin!
Kristin is the managing director of MINDset Direct and a 20-year veteran of nonprofit fundraising. Since founding MINDset direct in 2005, she has partnered with visionary charities including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Catholic Relief Services, American Red Cross, the Nature Conservancy, ASPCA and others.
Kristin proudly serves as on the board of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and on the advisory council for the Direct Marketing Association Nonprofit Federation.
For the conference, she'll host a panel of outspoken fundraising pros to discuss the various metrics that they find useful and what pulse they keep their fingers on for the organizations they serve — a lively, thought-provoking end to the day’s events!
