Marc Cannon Joins Convio as Vice President of Services

AUSTIN, Texas, April 14, 2009 — Convio, the leading provider of on-demand constituent relationship management software and services to nonprofit organizations – today announced it has hired Marc Cannon as vice president of services.

Cannon brings more than 20 years of global consulting experience to Convio and will be responsible for driving client engagement and success by leveraging a broad set of services capabilities to take their marketing, advocacy, fundraising and donor management to the next level and to more effectively move people to support their mission.

Prior to joining Convio, Cannon led the Worldwide Consulting business at Adobe Systems, Inc. where he played a huge role in driving customers to success through innovative software and services approach leading to higher engagement levels and overall growth. Prior to Adobe, he has held similar roles at Autodesk, Inc., think3, Cadence Design Systems, Inc. and Accenture.

Cannon is a 1982 graduate of Boston University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1986.
