Sage Sponsors Online Fundraising Contest for Nonprofits

Sage North America today announced the Connect with Sage grant contest for its recently launched Sage Fundraising Online service. The contest will award grants to six nonprofit organizations. Entrants will be in two categories — smaller organizations and larger organizations — based on annual funds, and contest winners will be determined based on the total amount raising using Sage Fundraising Online.

The contest begins Oct. 1 and is open to any tax-exempt nonprofit in North America or registered Canadian charity. On Dec. 18, the top six organizations — three in each category — with the highest total amount raised using Sage Fundraising Online will be deemed winners. The two grand prize winners will each receive a $5,000 grants, with second prize receiving $1,000 and third prize receiving $500.

"Sage Fundraising Online makes it easy for nonprofits to meet their donors where they already are — online," said Krista Endsley, senior vice president and general manager for Sage Nonprofit Solutions, in a press release. "Organizations using the service can empower their supporters to recruit others, advocate for their cause and raise funds.
