Susan G. Komen for the Cure Signs Lease at Pew's Nonprofit Village

March 10, 2009

Originally built in 1989, 901 E Street underwent a multi-million dollar renovation in 2007, including work on the lobby, entrance and elevators. This year, additional upgrades are being made to the building so that it will achieve a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Buildings Council.

"Pew is doing a great deed for the city by offering space in its new building to other nonprofits at below-market value," said Geoff Kieffer, principal at Woodmark Commercial Services who leads the marketing and leasing program at 901 E Street. "901 E Street is truly an unrivaled home for nonprofit organizations."

For additional information regarding leasing at 901 E Street, please contact Geoff Kieffer of Woodmark at 202-339-6223 or gkieffer@woodmarkre.com.
